Sarah TenBroeke ACA
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
I started my career in Accounting and Taxation working for a Big Four Firm in Reading in 2001, completing my Chartered Accountancy ACA qualifications. During my time in both the Audit and Taxation departments at the Firm, I worked on the annual audits of various different sized companies both UK and overseas based. I also prepared the Corporation tax returns for many clients, ranging from small and medium entities to large multinational groups.
Following my time in practice, I made the move into industry. Over the next eight years I worked as a Tax Manager for a FTSE 100 oil and gas company, and the UK office of a US Multinational engineering company. These roles included helping prepare financial statements, completing UK Corporation tax returns, working on HM Revenue and Customs correspondence and enquiries, and working on various UK and overseas tax planning projects.
Will TenBroeke FCA
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
I started my accountancy career working in the audit department for a Big Four Firm in Reading in 2001 whilst completing my Chartered Accountancy ACA qualifications. This gave me experience of working with a wide range of clients, both in terms of size and industry.
Following on from this I moved into industry and have held various managerial roles within finance departments. My work has included; budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning; accounts preparation; and management of the payroll and accounts functions of various large organisations.
I enjoy applying the knowledge and skills learnt at larger organisation to start ups and smaller businesses in order to help them achieve their aims in terms of growth and profitability.
